Good breakfast selection and clean rooms. Great location based within easy access to popular sites. We also enjoyed the nearby ski slopes.
We were very unimpressed with the customer service received during our visit over the Easter holiday. The staff appeared rushed and disinterested, and we had to request basic amenities several times.

Despite the church bells ringing on the hour, we were still satisfied with the spotless rooms and spacious bathrooms. the service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff catering to our needs. Breakfast, while not elaborate, offered fresh and locally sourced produce. We enjoyed the wooden floors and tasteful decor of our room, as well as the beautiful view of the valley.
The hotel's limited parking options were quite inconvenient.

My stay at Bed&Bike Tremola San Gottardo was exceptional. The attentive owners and friendly staff made me feel right at home. The recently renovated hotel was furnished with exquisite taste and the wooden floors were stunning. The spacious room and big bathrooms added to the overall comfort. The breakfast, sourced from their vegetable garden, was delicious and the dinner options were tasteful with a touch of creativity. I highly recommend this hidden gem in the Swiss glacier world.
Although there were some minor improvements that could be made, such as adding more shelf space in the bathroom, the positives far outweighed any drawbacks. I had a wonderful experience at Bed&Bike Tremola San Gottardo and would gladly stay again.

The owners were so attentive and friendly, making me feel right at home. The hotel itself has been newly renovated, and you can tell that they've put a lot of thought into the details. The rooms were nicely updated and the wooden floors added a touch of elegance. The bathrooms were spacious and the breakfast was delicious, with even the scrambled eggs presented creatively. I also loved the fact that they use ingredients from their own vegetable garden. this hotel offers great value for money and I would highly recommend it to others.
All was perfect during my stay.
